I found Dr. Benson to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and went over all my questions and concerns. He took extra time with me, and I found him easy to talk to ready and willing to discuss my concerns in detail.

He'll take the time to answer your questions but if you don't ask you probably will not learn much.

This Dr. is "old school." He cares little for patient's comfort. No printed material after procedure on what to expect. You call him for results, he doesn't call you. He won't do email. Uncaring "bedside" manner.
