I like the practioners in the office but my experience with Dr Lampert and the other doctors has not been favorable. He likes to schedule as many appts as he can & it's definately not because he's friendly & enjoys your company. I believe it's to collect more money. One example.. after seeing him for many years, he refused to give me a flu shot when I was already there with my son. He told me that I had to schedule a separate appt. What a terrible inconvenience to have to schedule an appt, come back and get a flu shot that takes all of 15 seconds. It's not like it was my first ever vaccine! Plus, they CONSTANTLY require updating your chart and insurance information, regardless of any changes. It's almost as if they live in a state of paranoia fearing they might not get paid. I wouldn't recommend this practice & I will definately never go there again.

I have seen Dr Lampert twice now and I will never go back. His staff is extremely unfriendly and don't make eye contact. The office is cold and intituitioal looking. Dr Lampert has the same personality. He acts like he is too busy to listen to me, criticized my previous doctor. Always seem likes he is in a rush. I have also seen the other doctors...Dr Banister and Dr McDonald and I was not impressed by either of them. I would not refer anyone to this office. Dr Lampert also schedules many unneccesary follow up visits (probably so he can get my copay).

Dr. Lampert is nice and efficient. However, his niceness and efficiency lead to a bit of a long wait. Additionally, I believe he doesn't go much above the basics of what he knows and doesn't try new medicinal things very often.
