Love Dr. Chris - He is an amazing physician, caring, compassionate. However his Medical Assistant FERNY is absolutely the worst! Does not return calls. Is rude when you ask about refills. My family is looking for a new physician because of the terrible service she has provided. If you complain or express any frustration to her she has been known to have patients "fired" from the practice. Dr. Chris - do yourself and your practice a favor and get a new MA - or at least get her an assistant.

Assistant for Dr. Marsh has her own schedule. Does not respond to calls until end of day, when pharmacies, etc. are closed. Has taken up to a week to get an Rx. Does not understand how BCBS works for ordering a test, i.e., an MRI. Takes a week or longer to get referrals or tests ordered by her. Dr. Marsh is pleasant but cannot see patients for certain conditions due to his own health issues, which breaks up the consistency of one's care. Dr. Marsh will never call a patient himself to go over test results, usually requiring a fu appt. Will not allow spouse or other individual go in with you during appt.

Takes a long time to get response from staff, and staff does not seem to have much knowledge about patient needs. Not impressed.

A doctor who listens and *cares* about your health issues. I have serious health problems, and Dr. Chris has always been straightforward with me when he can't help, and aggressively pursuing treatment when he can. He is, quite simply, a terrific doctor.
