In fairness, I cannot truly speak to Dr. Wagleigh's helpfulness or knowledge. But waiting 2 hours before His Highness graced me with his presence was it for me. I waited more than an hour past my appt time to have the assistant call me to the the back. This was on top of me being required to show up 30 minutes earlt to do new patient paperwork. I was prompt. I held up my end. But by the time Wadleigh finally came into the exam room, I already knew I was going to change doctors. This was my first and last appt. I just got on Medicare and needed a referral to see my eye doctor. Yet, when I checked out, I was told they would call me when the referal was ready. Never had to wait for a referral before. So, after waiting over a hour in the waiting room with the TV blaring and another patient expressing his politcal views in a loud, profane manner, and an hour in the exam room I had enough. I am disrespectedand abused. Clearly, I don't matter. I willl get my referral, see my eye doctor, and find a doctor who cares enough for his patients to not keep them waiting for hours. This doctor and his practice is more abusive than the airlines. Excuse typos. I am beyond livid! This is unacceptable!

Dr. Wadleigh is a great doctor. He spends the time listening to mine and my husbands health problems. He has excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend, and have recommended him to other people. Sometimes his desk staff can be rude, but overall, they are good. His medical assistant is good too. She has good manner. Overall if I can rate higher, I would!

Doctor is just OK. Staff in general is ineffective and ineficient. Last couple times I've been in Dr. did not have access to my records. They usually don't contact me with blood work results even when I call and demand it. Was given an EKG and a heart diagnosis on an EKG machine which both the doctor and the nurse said wasn't working properly (the doctor said only 1 lead wasn't working and he could still get good data from the reading)

Have had this doctor for 17 years and have never had a problem until now. After trying to call him and getting a hold of his receptionist she would not let me speek to him because I would not tell her what was wrong with me. I told her that is was personal and I wanted to have my patiant doctor confeditiality respected. The reeptionist then said that if I don't tell her why I was calling then He will not call me. This very much offended me.
