Dr. Sweet has treated my family for 10 yrs. now and has been successful with Diagnoses or a Follow-up appt. The staff is very nice, but not really that helpful. The office mgr. isn't very nice & causes most of the rift and turnover in employees. Dr.Sweet has treated us with the correct treatments and referrals regarding OUR Health. I have recommended Dr. Sweet to several friends, and they feel the same way I do regarding Dr. Sweet. The one drawback to seeing him is that the office is not very punctual. I've actually had to wait up to 2 hours after my appt. time to see him. Part of this reason is because Dr. Sweet SPENDS TIME with the Patient and finds out EXACTLY what's wrong. He's NOT the wait 2 hours for him to see you for 3 minutes. If that's not what you want for your care, I suggest you go somewhere that the Dr. will see you for only 3 mins.. If you want a Dr.that CARES about you and your health, then I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lynn Sweet

I have lived in phoenix area for over 8yrs and no matter how far I move away, I always make the drive. I have the flexibility of scheduling my appointment online; in addition you can call and see what time is the best time to come in. I would recommend anybody to Dr. Sweet; I can honestly call the guy my friend.

When I scheduled the appointment I was not informed as a new patient that I would need to bring proof of current residence with my insurance card. My vehicle insurance card was not good enough and I was asked to leave the office even though I required medical attention.

I have been under medical care for pain for a long time. I was refered to this doctor by a friend for pain management. I was charged $150 in cash. I was told they would not file insurance if the appointment was primarily for pain. This doctor barely acknowledged me and wrote out rx without question. I will not return to this office. The office administrator was also right in the middle of all on-goings. I was just surprised she did not break an ankle falling off her stilettos.

SHADY PRACTICE. This Dr prefers cash payments, flip flops on whether there is a fee for using debit and credit cards (the fee has ranged from $4-$1.50). He's extremely rx happy. He's all about getting patients in & out (not in a good way) & getting their money. If you are seen for ANYTHING PAIN RELATED-& I mean any pain-they only take cash payments and they are not cheap! Once you come in once for anything pain related you're given a special chart and they try to charge you the cash only payment each visit from then on-even if unrelated to pain. They pick and choose when to accept Insurance. Hippa violations up the yin yang! charts in the open everywhere. staff has a high turn around-mostly because the good ones know not to stick around! The Dr, Office manager & Dr.'s sons specify overbooking of pt's-sometimes 3-4x overbooked. been known to make pt's wait over an hour at least. So busy the staff can't call pts about results or rx refills. MONEY GRUBBIN BAD PRACTICE. How not shut down?!

I was early for my appt with Dr. Sweet to fill out the office paperwork. Over an hour after my appt time he finally called me back. I went in for a regular physical exam as well as in regards to a particular issue and a perscription refill for an epipen. Frist of all the Dr never even listened to my heart or performed any kind of physical exam. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and said to go for bloodwork...and he never gave me a new scrip for an epipen. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I am in the process of finding a new Dr. and will never be back there.

Practitioners are great, but the staff is awful. They continually did not write down my appointment or wrote it for the wrong day and then tried to charge me for a no-show. I tried making appointments on their website but every time I did, they would say they had no record of the appointment despite my receiving a confirming email. Then I would have to wait a really long time to see the doctor. I have refused to go back. It's a shame too because I really did like the practitioners, but the staff is just awful and is the only reason I won't go back.
