Amazing doctor and great person. You can also book online so I’m not sure why people are complaining about the staff not answering the phone…. I find his staff very pleasant.

I have been a patient for many years. Recently he has had a steady stream of new secretaries who are either inept or rude and disrespectful or all three. I hope he will be able to get someone better soon. He is a good doctor but not his staff.

Very kind and patient, answering all questions. I never feel rushed, which is why I don’t mind if he occasionally is not punctual as I assume he gave someone else the time they needed.

Dr MacLeod is very kind, always willing to listen to concerns and will never make you feel bad for seeking help. He goes above and beyond for his patients and is competent in the care he provides.

Dr.MacLeod is a great doctor who I have been seeing for years. He is very helpful and is invested in any health issues or concerns I may be experiencing.

Dr.MacLeod's receptionist is an issue. It is next to impossible to connect with her over the phone, and for whatever reason voicemails have been turned off. Without getting into specifics, the administrative side of this office is very poor and I am strongly considering going elsewhere. See the comments below, this has been a problem for a LONG time.

I have been seeing Dr. MacLeod for over 30 years and have never had anything bad to say about him. He takes the time to keep up to date about my condition and is helpful in any way I ask for his assistance. On the other hand his receptionist is something to be desired, either away from the desk or never picking up the phone. How long does it take to have a break at 9 a.m.?

very kind man but how do i say this....i feel like i need to diagnose myself before he'll offer solutions. he does no real analysis of any kind, i essentially tell him what the internet told me and he's happy to perscribe meds. Naturopath and my own research has solved the majority of my issues. He won't go to any real length to fix you...which is such a shame because he's a great man. Oh and his secretary, albeit improved as of late, is horrendous. Usually the phone will just ring and ring.

The few times I've been to see him, I've felt very rushed and the solutions proposed didn't work at all.
