I've been going to Tatum Highlands since we moved to AZ in 1993 and will never change primary care physicians. LOVE these doctors.

I feel like they extort you for prescriptions. They have been unwilling to refill prescriptions unless I come in for an appointment. I was just there 7 months ago and nothing has changed. Traditionally, when I have gone in, if I am lucky, I get less than three minutes with a PA. I asked cash price of one of these silly appointments to get my prescriptions filled and they were unwilling to discuss fees with me over the phone. Keep in mind I am not getting a narcotic!! I then asked for my medical records and they told me $30. I am having financial problems and they simply don’t care so they are not going to refill my scripts or tell me what it will cost to come in. Then the staff would not let me speak to DR or PA to express how dissatisfied I was or have them call me back. "You need to make an appointment!" I was out of luck after many years of going to this office. Practice is totally unwilling to work with a long term patient having financial problems...

I have been seeing Dr. Anspach and Linsey Mozell since I was in 6th grade...I am now 24yrs old...I usually just make an appt with Linsey bc Dr Anspach is very busy like everyone has been saying, she knows my background and what I have been dealing with over the years so it makes it ALOT easier to get things done, i recently moved up to mesa...and had to get another Dr because of the distance(they were AWFUL) so of course, now i am back to seeing Linsey and her assistant Tammy(they are wonderful, always call me back and can see me right away)even tho i live all the way in Mesa and it takes me about 45 mins to get there, its worth it!!! she listens to my concerns and talks to me like a human being,I love her and the staff :) i would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Dr. Anspach is very caring. The PAs are also very good. Dr. Anspach's assistant is rude at times and when you have questions about lab values or such she acts as if you are a bother.

Dr. Anspach is a wonderful doctor. I however have had been treated very rudely by his assistant and the receptionist on more than one occasion. Honestly, it has made me consider finding another dr multiple times throughout the years I've been with Dr. Anspach. Tatum Highlands Staff- If you are reading this, you need to be NICER to the patients and don't make us feel like we are an annoyance and a bother to you when we ask questions or need clarification. I will not name specifics but some of you have talked very rudely to me before and I've never talked rudely to you or had unrealistic expectations. I wonder if any patients have complained yet to Dr. Anspach about how they have been treated?

I used to see Dr. A years ago and was glad to find him again however since I transfered to Tatum Highlands I've only seen his PA Lindsey. My husband went in for his annual blood work and they only did cholesterol test on him for the last 2 years. Lindsey's assistant tried to tell me they only gave me the cholesterol results because that was the only thing of concern. It wasn't until I insisted on a copy of the results I was told no other tests were run for the last 2 years. He had skin cancer in the past and should have recommend blood work run yearly. I'm very dissatisified with Tatum Highlands. We are all changing to his prior Dr.

Dr Anspah is one of the best Drs I have ever been to the nursing staff are awesome also but yes I must agree that the billing (kelly) and back office staff are the rudest and worst people ever they are a total discredit to a dr as great as Dr. Anspah

Over the years we have seen many physicians, and I must say that Dr Anspach is one of the very best. He is friendly, considerate and actually listens to what we say, most unusual. He surprises me on how knowledgeable he is and how he seems to keep up with all the latest medical research and developments. As an other poster mentioned, he does have a kind heart, and respects all patients with patience (no pub intended) and interest. One of the very best doctors we have ever dealt with. Like so many office staffs, unfortunately, they seem to constantly over-book, so the wait time is very long. However, the nursing staff and also very friendly and helpful, so all in all, this is a top notch physician. I'd give a rating of 10 if I could.

Love the dr when you can get in to see him, but be prepared to deal with the rude office staff. They never have any openings for same or next day sick patients and I have been hung up on for asking why this was. Also, punctionality is not their strong suit. I usually wait at least an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I will be transferring my records out and having to look for a new dr :( It's a shame too cause Dr Anspach is a good dr.
