My experience with Dr. Wendy Alexander was disappointing. From the start, she consistently blamed all health concerns on personal choices without thoroughly investigating or considering alternative explanations. Her communication lacked empathy, and she displayed a condescending demeanor, leaving me feeling invalidated. Dr. Alexander's diagnostic approach was one-dimensional, oversimplifying complex issues. Her bedside manner fell short of the compassionate care one expects from a healthcare provider. I caution others to carefully consider their options before consulting with Dr. Alexander, as my experience raised concerns about the quality of care provided.

Most unprofessional, and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever been through with a doctor. Read my husbands file from his childhood infront of me , told me “if I wanted to be a good parent I wouldn’t send my kid to public school” talked about my husbands childhood issues more than discussing my child. Looked at my son for 2 minutes and said “ stop trying to label your kid he’s just weird, all kids are weird”

Great Doctor. She is personable and thorough. Great with kids. Asked me so many questions. She gave so much of her time.

I was excited to meet Dr. Alexander after being on the list for 7 months. Once I got in and spoke with her and I explained the issues my child was dealing with she basically said it was my fault, with behavioural issues, than asked lots of questions like financial, why I wasn't married to my partner, lots of stuff I felt that didn't have to do with what I went to see her for; ADHD, Aniexty, sleeping problems. I heard she had no bedside manner but the way I was treated was disgraceful.

Rudest doctor I have ever met. Never once offered us a solution to our problems. Would have hated being her child as a baby. She did she would send her referral letter back so could get another doctor so that was good

A disgrace as a doctor and person. This attitude and borderline racist views are unacceptable in this day and age.

Very dismissive of my concerns and gave questionable advice that was the opposite of everything I’ve ever read/researched/heard from other health professionals. Her receptionist is lovely. That’s the ONLY redeeming quality.
