Dr Lynch has been my Dr for just under 20 years. She has helped me through so much personally, medically and mentally. I dont see her that often as she is the Director of the Clinic, but her residents a d other drs in the clinic usually take great care to ensure I feel heard and agree with next steps.

I have been seeing Dr, Lynch since 2001. She has changed 3 clinics in this time. Her new clinic is very "state of the art". I am comcerned about the area (safty) of town this clinic is in and the parking is terriable. I have choosen to move with Dr. Lynch because she is very good. I do not like that fact that I always have to start from scratch with a "new" resident every visit. And it would be nice to see her in person more often. She has been good to me and my health issues.

Glad to see there are others commenting on the rudeness of the Tache clinic staff. Dr. Lynch, if you read this, please take to heart that the front-desk staff consistently have a harsh, unfriendly, rude, snippy attitude, in person and especially on the phone. I say this after going there many times personally, and with my child, over the past six years. As another poster said, they need customer service training. Their constant attitude that you're interrupting and bothering them because you dare to phone for an appointment is inexcusable.

Dr. Lynch is a great doctor who cares and listens. Although it is rare to see her personally, as she is a teaching doctor, you know that the advice given by the resident doctors come directly from her medical knowledge. When I do see her in person she is always professional and is always ready to hear what you have to say. Also she won't quit searching for cause of illness until it's found. She doesn't use the prescription pad as an exit strategy. Not sure which clinic the person below who posted went to, because Dr. Lynch's office is a teaching clinic on Tache. Concerned about furniture? Never seen that as it is not her clinic. Is there another Dr. Lynch in Winnipeg?

I saw Dr. Lynch a few years ago for a check up - I found her and her staff to be very unprofessional - I waited 30 minutes in the examination room with the door open - the doctor seemed to care more about getting her furniture than focusing on a new patient. She rushed through the checkup, made me feel uncomfortable. I never went back, and I don't recommend her as a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lynch for about 9 years now. Although I think she is a fabulous Doctor, very knowledgable and friendly, I do not like the teaching clinic she works from. I know that everyone needs to learn, but I would rather have her tend to me then a stranger each time. Especially when a resident advises that the appt are 20 mins in length so only a couple of my issues would need to be addressed and I would need to book in again. Well when they don't know your history and you have to spend half of that time explaining your background to them, I don't find it very effective. Some of the residents are great, but others still have a long way to go. I really wish I could just see her again directly.

With the many health issues I have to deal with each day, Dr. Lynch is more than willing to go the extra mile to help. She listens well and is open to alternatives to standard medicine. I don't care much for having to assist the training of student doctors, but the benefits of having Dr. L as our family GP outweighs the negatives. Through Dr. L, access to hospital, when needed, is available quite quickly. Dr. L is a super person and a fine doctor. She takes the time to listen and explains medical terms in layman language. The downside of her move to the teaching clinic is the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff. That's not Dr. L's fault, it's the clinic managements fault. Those staff members who work the front desk are quite often rude, whether on the phone or in person, with a "you are interupting me" attitude. They need to take a customer service training course. The patients are the reason they have a job, not an inconvenience. However, I highly recommend Dr. Joanna Lynch.

i have been through many doctors over the years. i have been seeing Dr. Lynch for 2 years now. i thank my lucky stars that i managed to get her as my doctor through my wife. you would have to go a very long way to find a better doctor than Dr. Lynch. she is very knowledgeable and caring and never rushes you out of the office. her explanations are clear and easy to understand. i have never left her office feeling that i wasn't taken care of. simply the best!

I really like her!! Very thourough and she takes the time to listen to all my complaints. I never wait more than 5 minutes. Her residents seem to be a little unsure of themselves, but they ask other doctors when they need to.
