The staff is incompetent. They send prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. They've tried to turn away my sick five year old, even though he was running a high fever and was throwing up in the waiting room. It was on a drop in only Saturday. They were over an hour late on an appointment for our 8 month old. Dr. Schultz embarrassed my wife and made her cry because a job change put us on Medicaid.
