I've been a patient of Dr Ross for 20 years and am so grateful to have him as my GP. He's knowledgeable, personable with a level temperament. Has always taken the time to listen. I worry about all the Diet Coke he drinks though (:
A really great physician.

Please don't go to this doctor. He is really bad. He couldn't diagnose a simple strep throat and made my husband get an EKG and chest x-ray unnecessarily.

His intern is worse. He made my husband panic by asking questions like "oh why is your heartbeat all over the place?" That's something a doctor should never do.

My husband had to go elsewhere to get the right diagnosis. He suffered unnecessarily because of these doctors' wrong diagnosis.

I do NOT recommend this doctor at all!!

Dr. Ross has been my doctor since 2008. He has consistently been kind, helpful, and very understanding. He has treated me for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome as well as other health issues. I have found him to be very easy to talk to. Whenever I have brought an issue to his attention, he addresses first hand or refers me to a specialist for further information. I give this doctor a rating of 5/5 for helpfulness, knowledge. I am thankful for all that he has done to help me over the years.

This is the worst doctor in Winnipeg. I went to him because our family had been under the care of his father, who was an incredible physician and so naturally we thought the apple didn't fall far from the tree. Wrong we were.

I write this as someone who is an MD myself. Dr. Ross was arrogant from the get go and only settled down once he realized I was a specialist myself within the city. He thanked me for not introducing myself as a doctor. Rather than get down to the bottom of my issue, he sat there and rambled about his musings on my clinical presentation, then referred me for obscure testing.

I do not recommend this guy to anyone. If this is how we treats someone he KNOWS is an MD, I can only imagine what he does to people who do not know any better. Hang it up Tim, you'll never be your father.

Dr. Ross was very professional, punctual and provided the best care to both my husband and I. Recently Dr. Ross examined a mole on my husband's back leg and immediately removed the mole in his office. The mole turned out to be cancerous. As a result of the biopsy results he immediately referred my husband to a cancer surgeon who operated to ensure that the cancer was completely removed. If it weren't for Dr. Ross and his immediate and prompt attention to this matter, we are not sure what our future might have been. Dr, Ross was kind, compassionate and professional and he has the best staff.. Thank you so much for your immediate diagnosis, your prompt attention to this matter in removing the mole in your office, and your kindness in keeping us posted on the results as quickly as possible by phone. He was amazing.

A few years ago I was trying to submit a workers comp claim and his office actually lost the paperwork 3 times. I even hand delivered the paperwork twice (faxed it in once) and somehow they still lost it. When I finally managed to get in to see him he didn’t even evaluate my injury at all and just said to go to a physiotherapist. Luckily the physio people were good, but when workers comp contacted him in regards to my injury claim he told them it shouldn’t be covered as my injury was pre existent (even though he didn’t evaluate me at all for the injury).

When I finally switched doctors the office tried charging me a $50 fee to transfer the paperwork over to my new doctor, even though the only paperwork I needed transferred they actually lost! So they tried to charge me for literally doing nothing! I’m so glad I’m never going back to him.

We went for a consultation for my kid. The doctor was very rude, arrogant and racist. He is not at all helpful. We had to go to another clinic for consultation.

Arrogant, egotistical Pratt. I will never deal with him again, could not even write the correct prescription, his head was so far up his own backside, thank god the pharmacy spotted the mistake! Do yourself a favour...go elsewhere, find a doc that cares about you, this one cares about himself and $.....
