My wife and I had early appointments together, which was nice as we had a lot to do the rest of that day. However, we no sooner got there than we were told there would be big delays as the practice was "short a tech" That ruined our entire day's schedule. The wife was fine, but I had to return again another day for testing. Wouldn't you know, I got the same kind of delay with the same excuse -- "short a tech." Now what exactly does that mean? Are they in need of help, but just too 'cheap' to hire? Or do they have staff members who regularly do not show up for their work shift and are not reproved, nor removed? It's anyone's guess. I would think twice about this place, unless you have plenty of time to spare!
