Unprofessional across the board, in my opinion.. I found general ethics here, doctor included, to be sorely lacking. Maybe my standards are too high. Then again, maybe ducks walk like ducks.

I have been with Dr Kricko since his early medical days and have followed him from the First Care Medical Group in Lyndhurst, to an office in Kearny and now to his private practice in Rutherford. Doctor Kricko is a caring and wonderful physician; however there's much to be said about the lack of proper business decorum with his office staff. It seems that there are many issues with the telephone system or with his staff not picking up calls. You can call numerous times for many days and never get a pick up. They change their office hours with no notification, close the office and do not put a recorded message to inform the patient. I brought this matter to the Doctor's attention only to be told it "was not his problem". After15 years I will now be switching offices because I feel if a doctor tells you it is "not his problem" that a patient cannot reach his office, I will find someone who cares enough about every aspect of his practice and that it runs efficienly. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this office to anyone due to these unresolved issues.

The staff is really rude & seem very unprofessional. Its apparent that they dont care about their patients. They are rude & careless. The doctor is confused & scattered. Not only was confused w/what I may have but asked ME what I wanted him to prescribe. You can never get through on the phone, secretaries are no help, office is closed more times a week, there is no way to get a hold of the doctor if you have an emergency because he has no service and there is never any covering doctor when Dr Kricko is closed or on vacation (which is VERY often!). I just dont feel comfortable putting my life and that of my family's in his care when its so obvious that he doesnt care. I won't be returning to this office and I'll also be informing everyone that I know not to go there.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good doctor. After going through, what I think was the absolute worst of the county, we finally found Dr Kricko. What an awesome doctor. The wait was a little long but he is definitely worth the wait. He was professional, he listened, asked questions and actually paid attention to me. I'll definitely be going back and referring him to anyone that is looking for a great physician in Bergen Cty.

Dr Kricko is an excellent physician, knowlede wise and bed side manner..Highly recommended.. he should stop nagging me about quitting smoking HAHAHAHAHa

Dr. Kricko is very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the receptionist is horrible. Last winter I had a high fever and vomiting so I requested an appointment for next day early in the morning. She told me nothing was available for next couple of days even after I informed her of my symptoms. I had to go to a clinic for immediate help. Recently, the Doctor himself wrote the wrong dosis for my prescription and fortunately my pharmacist caught the error.

Hello my name is Jose Silva; I would like to start by saying that Dr. Kricko is one of the very best Doctors that I know. My family members are also patients of Dr. Kricko. His staff is great, they are 2 young ladies that actually care and try their best to help the patients the best to their abilities. Everyone that anything bad about them should look at themselves in the mirror and realize that the world does not revolve around them. Grow up and try to be more understanding and try to understand you are just one of thousands of patients that they have to try to care for and help. Ladies please keep up the great job that you are doing….
