Pos: takes time with you. Always listens and answes any question you have. Very knowledgeable. Always calls back within one business day. Love her and will not leave because she is so great. Cons: almost always runs behind between half hour and one hour. Front desk staff not so friendly or helpful but I can't hold that against a great doctor.
