Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Woo is rude and so are his staff. He missed lab tests on the requisition for the lab and told me “I should have checked them off myself”. He discharged me as a patient without telling me. On the last telephone appointment I had with him he told me there was nothing he could do to help me and I should figure it out for myself. This “doctor” kept me sick for three years. He never even assessed me in person; every appointment was over the phone.
