I've been a patient of Dr. Rubinstein for about 10 years now and I find him and his staff to be very professional,knowledgeble, caring and compationate people. I have the highest regard for him and the entire office staff. I would and have recommended his services to all the people I care about that are in need of a good cardiologist

Dr. Rubinstein is not just knowledgeable but he is excellent in listening to what you have to say. And he's staff is just as nice and kind as he is. He is definitely one of the top doctors. Once you meet him, you'll know why the wait is all worth it. Doctors like him is very hard to find.

Excellent cardiologist who gives you as much time as you need. As a result may have to wait a bit in the office. Trained in the best hospitals in New York. Absolutely worth the wait.
