I can't really say whether or not he was knowledgeable. He only saw me because my regular doctor (his associate) was out of town. I was not informed ahead of time when I was told that Dr. Coplin was 'handling Dr. Horwitz's appointments' that Dr. Coplin did not take my insurance. From the time I arrived, he was condescending to me. He interrupted me once to 'correct' me for 'interrupting him', which I had not done. He acted annoyed when I asked questions. He berated me for some time about having bad health insurance coverage and gave me a speech on why he didn't accept it. He did tell me to have a good day several times as I was leaving, which I found a bid odd by the fourth or fifth time! His tone of voice is very abrasive. He gave me a 'discounted rate' because he doesn't take my insurance. By that time, he had pissed me off, shocked and insulted me so much I was near tears. I basically paid a psychiatrist to belittle me for 10 mins! I could have gotten that for free!

This doctor identified my issues and I was out the door. No cry baby what's my problem sessions. Just simply here is how I feel, blood test proved diagnosis. And now I have never been better. He is harder, but right!

Am sorry for the money I wasted on him and for subjecting my daughter to him . I saw people leave from his office in tears ..eventually I also left in tears and I wasnt even a patient . After seeing all the negative reports on him and relizing I could have lost my daughter to suicide the way he treated her was so badly , I contacted the AMA to file a report aganst this man . I will not call him a doctor . An angry , mean and potientially harmful man is what he is . Please , do not go to see him as he could make a precarious situation worse . This is so scarey to have a physician like him being out there practicing medicine .

Worst physician I have ever been to. He is rude and acts like a jerk with his patients. He cannot stand to be corrected about facts and when you show him proof, he goes ballistic and acts like a child pitching a fit. He will also tell you what is wrong with you before you ever open your mouth. He does not listen and has no compation for his patients. Do not go to him. There are better physicians in Warner Robins-luckly I found a great doctor and left Copeland's office--never to return.

Absolutely the worst doctor in my opinion. My very fragile loved one will never be the same. We were sent to him when my loved one was in a very critical state with suicide tendencies and this doc only made it worse. He is a joke! Needs to be held accountable. I suppose one day he will when he meets his Maker!

Everything everyone has said was right. This man is horrible and shouldnt even have the right to call himself a doctor. Him and his staff is very unprofessional and just talks about any and everything and is laughing and talking about patients and having a good ol time why you are left to listen and already feeling horrible about yourself. He does not care about his patients and does not listen to anything you tell him. He doesnt write down anything and he was always getting my information mixed up. I got nothing accomplished by going to him. I even brought my husband and mom in to see if that would help but all he did was treat them like crap and didnt listen to them at all and ignored them. He was very disrespectful. He is a horrible excuse for a man and doctor. He needs to retire or be out of business immediately. We pay good money to go to doctors and to have one treat you the way he does is very unacceptable. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN.

Very unprofessional office. I could hear the doctor discussing my case in the hallway with other doctors, which I didn't appreciate since the waiting room was just on the other side of the door. The doctor himself, as others have stated, was very abrupt, and I felt that he didn't listen to me at all. He was rather rude, and I will not be returning to that office.

Completely agree with other posts. This Dr. is very narcissistic and demeaning, which is dangerous considering the type of patient he sees. Its time for him to retire. He was congenial when we weren't talking about medicine practice, though.
