After trying to be seen as a new patient by another larger healthcare provider with no success, I decided to give this provider a try. Brittanie, the scheduling assistant, was extremely helpful and the process of scheduling and online pre-checkin was the best I’ve ever encountered. I was scheduled and seen right away, whereas other offices were months on out. Information and next steps were received promptly and clearly.

Dr. Moturi comes across as very kind and attentive to my needs. She takes the time to listen and give a thorough explanation on areas of concern and possible solutions. We’re still working on getting clearer answers, but I’m pleased with the initial start and will continue to return to this office.

Doctor spends time with me, and does a thorough review . She is pleasant and happy. Her staff is the same way. If they could work on keeping patients on time it would be a perfect rating.

Dr. Moturi is an excellent doctor. She is very compassionate, listens and is very kind. She has been very patient while trying to get my condition under control. She only runs tests when they are absolutely necessary. She explains well and her instructions are easy to follow. Her staff is very efficient and returns calls promptly. I like Dr. Moturi; she is a nice person and has good bedside manners. That's a plus. However, she does not listen to you as a patient: She listens, but doesn't listen or doesn't care. How she does this: When entering to see you she asks how you are doing. You can explain your symptoms while she looks at your lab work, and then she strictly treats you from the lab numbers; she does not treat how the patient feels. As a specialist, I wish she would combine numbers and symptoms to treat patients. She only treats patients based on the numbers of the lab. Doesn't really care about how you feel even when you have explained it to her. Therefore, dosages are always off because she is treating the numbers and not the symptoms. I've been with her for 2 years, and I'm now looking for another endocrinologist; too many labs and she still can't treat me nor wants to listen. All prior comments regarding calling the office and always having to leave a message are true. Or having to wait extended periods of time for your appointment are also true. And, Dr. Moturi only seems to allocate about 10 minutes to each patient as previously noted by someone else.
