Dr. Brown is the best orthodontist around. Not only does he do outstanding work, but he makes you feel at home during every visit. His staff is super friendly, too! The entire office is always positive, and that stems from the leadership at the top. The orthodontic lab is top notch as well. I am thankful for the smile that Dr. Brown and his staff have given me!

I paid for my down payment upfront, and mind you i have had braces before. Now i haven't seen Dr. Brown in months and still have my braces on due to non payment. Well i tried to talk to one of the receptionist about fixing my payment plan and they didnt give me the time of day. Now want to sue me when i can make payments, but would really like o have these removed!!!

AWESOME DR. He even sees my oldest for free even though he didn't do her braces.

I have always heard very good things about Dr. Brown; however, when I went to see him I was not impressed. I am an adult who has desired braces my whole life, and now have decided to pay for them myself. When I went to Dr. Brown he went over everything with me and then told me that in order to fix my smile I needed oral surgery to break my jaw first (which would cost around $20,000) then I could get braces and get my teeth fixed. I was devastated and went to another orthodontist for a second opinion and he said well that is one approach and he said frankly that is the lazy "I don't care about my patient approach." I am happy to say I will have my braces off in 1 month after just 24 months of wear and my teeth are perfect and look wonderful and I am extremely satisfied (and NO surgery!). I would not recommend Dr. Brown to you if you are worried about cost or if you are an adult; he is in the business for himself and does not want to take the time to make it work for his patients.
