I had an implant done by the doctor. When I asked for information about the brand of implant used, the doctor refused to give me any information. When I asked why this implant was chosen he said only that the decision of which implant to use was "completely arbitary" ... which seems to be a totally inappropriate method for making such important patient care decision. In general this doctor was very arrogant, condescending and extremely unwilling to discuss any substantive information about the procedure or the implant. I personally will not return to this doctor or Mayo Clinic for cardiac care, and I give a strong negative recommendation to anyone considering this doctor .
