Dr. Halevy treats her patients with respect and is responsive to patient concerns. She does not believe in quickly prescribing medication for every complaint, and will often look to diet, vitamin and exercise changes whenever possible to address an issue. The ladies in the office are great. In the few instances when I have forgotten to get a referral, they will take care of it immediately. In regards to the 3 rating for punctuality, Dr. Halevy spends a great deal of time listening to her patients and asking questions. She is not a doctor that will rush to finish so that she can maintain her schedule. Personally, I don't mind waiting because I appreciate the time that she spends with me and know she is being thorough. More examples of her patient-friendly practice is the late hours, Saturday appointments and walk-in hours that she offers.
