I do not trust this Dr. He wrote a prescription, lied and said he didn’t and now won’t refill it. His answer to me was to see a dermatologist. Was he a dermatologist when he wrote the script.? Then sent his bulldog MA to tell me to stop calling the office about this medication. It’s not a narcotic, it’s a topical cream. I will never go back to this office nor will I recommend family or friends to him.

Not considerate and rude the office manager has no respect for people's feelings or situations that come up. They have a policy that you have to cancel within 24 hours, however if you have a child that gets sick after the 24 hours they have no remorse. They don't care and they want you to pay the $25! So not fair to the hard-working people that try to make this work everyday. This was my first time cancelling and I think it's just wrong.! Dr. Carr really needs to look into his office staff and office manager they are rude! That truly hurts him! First impression means everything!

Dr. Carr is a good listener and gets to know about you as a patient. He is willing to refer you to a specialist when necessary and he is always punctual.

Dr. Carr was not a very pleasant man. He was quite rude. I went to him complaining of a cough for 3 weeks. He assured it was only allergies (even though I had a negative test for allergies.) He misdiagnosed me, and I asked for an xray for a second opinion, and he refused to write me a scipt for one. I was hospitalized days later for a bad case of bronchitis and asthma (which was my gut instinct to begin with and he said I was wrong.) He did not seem to care what I felt the problem may be and as a direct result my condition got worse.

Dr. Carr is a very dedicated physician who gives of his time to be sure his patients get the very best care. He is very knowledgeable in prescribing the correct medication and referring patients to specialists. He takes the time to make his patients feel as though they are the most important person-never rushing and always smiling.
