The wait time can be long, but it is because she is very attentive. I know that she will be 100% focused on my concerns while she is with me and I assume she does that for other patients as well, so I am willing to wait.

She’s soft spoken, but nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the wait time at appointments is ridiculous. I’ve seen her several times and each time I wait 45-60 minutes past my appointment time, and I’m on time for the appointments. The staff suggested that I try after 2PM appointments instead of early morning. I tried that and still waited 50 minutes. Her nurse was totally unsympathetic.

Very friendly, helpful, willing to see. Listens and gives patient time to explain. Comfortable to talk and discuss situation.
