I must agree with other reviews here. This doctor's bedside manners are awful. Every question I asked, he was very rude and dismissive. I cannot tell his professional skills but he should treat his patients like humans not things. One more thing, after all the different drops they gave me before the exam, now my eye is in much worse shape than before....

Dr. Tuli successfully operated on me for an advanced macular hole. He answered my questions beforehand and made me feel confident about the outcome. The day before the surgery, his operating nurse, Karen, gave me a clear and thorough rundown on what to expect during and after the procedure. Despite the stresses of the pandemic, all of the staff at the Riverside Campus and the Retina Centre were courteous and helpful. I am happy to recommend this team. (Note: Also left this review for Dr. Raman Tuli, as that is the same person.)

The doc may have knowledge but I didn't have good experience. I went for laser for retina tear. He was aggressive with the examination of my eyes, did the laser but did not give me any instructions on how long it will take to heal, what to expect, what not to expect. He did not want to call me for a follow-up as he told me to go see my optometrist. I thought that was ridiculous. Staff are rude and dont return your calls. My good eye is not my worse eye. I am very frustrated with not knowing what to do next. I had same issue with my right eye 9 yrs ago and a surgeon in Toronto did the lazer on it. I had no symptoms or side effects of the laser and walked out with a perfect eye. I hear dr Tulli is good at what he does but sadly I cant say the same. We are stuck at these specialist merci.

I am now blind in one eye..after an operation. I had to find out from my optometrist ...because could not get past office workers at Dr Tulis office. I now have to cope with a cataract on my good eye..very disturbing and devastating!! Instructions were vague and the gas bubble was performed by a novice who had to be guided by another doctor. I am a registered nurse so know something about hospital procedures.

I went to Dr. Tuli for a torn retina. The technicians were very friendly and quite pleasant. I saw Dr. Tuli and he checked my eyes before recommending laser treatment to repair the retina. He explained what would happen during the laser treatment and then we went to another room where he fixed the torn retina. I had told him that I was very nervous about anything to do with my eyes but he easily put me at ease prior to the treatment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tuli.

Staff need you improve in manners, môre friendly and effective and clear communication. Dr Tuli could become well knowledgeable however no good communicator. Overall I feel treated as a client and not à human patient. Not opportunity you ask questions about my situation and I feel I have both been well explained about the procedure, maybe because of rush environment ...

Dr. Tuli has performed 2 surgeries on my eye for a detached retina. The first time he inserted a scalera buckle in it and that was about 20 or 25 years ago. I believe my vision today is because of his work. I have seen many eye doctors over the years and they all have mentioned that the buckle was done with perfection. If there is anyone who is hesitant about having Dr. Tuli perform work on you eyes, you really need to yourself evaluated for something else. There is nobody better then Dr. Tuli.

It is a busy clinic but tge staff are pleasant and Dr. Tuli always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have I have wet macular degeneration. I had had cataract surgery snd thought the vision blurriness was from m wet mac. Dr Tuli advised it was residue under the lens implant and performed laser on it. Was such a relief.
