Dr. Mark Perez
At my visit you stated the girls in the office will call when the order is put through. No one ever called. I called your office 3 weeks later and was told there was never an order from Dr. Mark Perez. I am very confused at your office staff. This has been other communication issues with your office staff from my first visit. Your staff's attitude and ethics reflect poorly on you. I am still waiting for the order to go through Quest.

Needing a new doctor in Vegas and reading the positive reviews I decided to give Dr. Perez a try. I went for a physical one year ago. His practitioner did the physical. Dr. Perez popped his head in, said looks like all is fine, and tried to leave, giving me no time. I had to pull him back in to ask questions I had about my health. He gave me a diabetes medication to assist with weight loss when I don't have diabetes. Follow-ups for a prescription renewal that I did go on were all with the practitioner until I asked for him. They were also quick 10 minute check-ins that I and my insurance was charged full price for. I finally had an appointment in January that he came in, listened and seemed helpful. The pandemic hit and now I feel they are keeping things safe for a normal appointment so I have tried to call and schedule an appointment three times with no return call, over a 7-week period. I even got hung up on with no answer once. I had a great doctor in Cali that followed-up and cared for his patients. That is what I want here in Vegas. My impression is Dr. Perez is stretched thin and new patients won't get the investment that others do. I didn't. I am now giving a new doctor a try now.

Staff needs a lot of help, The help should not be in the Medical Field!!!

Great doctor and he speaks spanish so that's a plus but as far as the office staff goes! i'm so dissapointed, they are lazy (in my opinion) and I would not recommend anyone for this reason. They take at least a week to fill out any type of forms but they are quick to charge the $35 for them. I work for a medical group as well and this is unacceptable. They need to focus more on ***customer satisfaction***. I hope Dr Perez sees this and makes changes quick!

The doc is great every time I go there he always knowes what's best for me gets me going in and out within an hr. Never have to wait too long.he's the best Dr.I've seen yet no problems .

They were amazing, and they have so much in office equipment that most exams can be done in office. LOVED DR. PEREZ!!! and his associate Dr.'s are just as great

his staff is RIDICULOUS!!!! It took them over a week to fill out my sons one form for school- and I had to keep calling and asking when it would be ready. All it needed was a signature! Also, when my son came down with the flu, I called to make an appointment-- They said they couldn't take him same day- that they "just don't do that". Awful!!!

Dr. Perez is great! Beside manner fabulous. For family Dr. he was one of the best i have been to.
