Dr MacCormick took care of me at Cobequid Emergency in Lower Sackville earlier this month. Everyone, including this doctor, we’re compassionate, listened to me, professional, and, based on the fact that I seem to be healing per following doctor’s directions, knew what they were doing.

Saw him in emergency. So gave 3 stars for staff and punctuality just because in emerg, you wait.
He was super nice, knowledgeable and approachable. Wish we had him for a family dr

I saw Dr MacCormick at Emergency. I had dislocated and broken a toe. He had an xray done, came back in and said it was broken, told me to go buy some tape because they didn't have the right kind at the hospital, didn't give me any further instruction and sent me on my way. After my GP saw the xray 2 days later, he called to tell me that I needed to be in a walking boot and off my foot as much as possible for 6 weeks as it was a really bad break and would leave me with permanent pain if it didn't heal properly. Dr M was disinterested, uncaring and didn't even examine my foot.

He didn't even assess , HE JUST STOOD BY DOORWAY,AS HE HAD A CLL FROM MY FAMILY DR. that family DR. was reported as that was a waste of time will be going public with that story soon. would love to ask him WHY?

Have had the chance to have this doctor twice, once for myself and wife. He was excellent in both cases.

Dr. MacCormick was very attentive to my elderly mother, took the time to explain things to her and got tests done as promptly as he could. He seems very calm under pressure.

Excellent and very caring. He did not let me leave, (like a previous ER dr did a few days before)with my healthy looking two month old baby. He ordered blood work and got the paediatrician on call. Because of his determination to not let us leave my son was diagnosed and treated for KAwasaki disease. I always feel comforted when I see he is the attending ER doc.
