I had to provide him with a email each visit to make sure he covered what i wanted.. I asked for muscle relaxers for month and ended up getting them from another doctor. he doesn't believe that anyone is in pain that requres pain pills. he dropped me without notification. when i scheduled my apt you would think somebody in his office could read and see that he dropped me for no reason... but no they can't read. i called before my apt to find out if they were running late due to the storm and they said no... this was another chance for them to tell me he dropped me. no... on my way to my apt i got a voice mail that he dropped me... here i am with no notice, no insulin, no doctor and no meds... ths so called doctor is a joke and he doesn't have the balls to tell me himself that he dropped me or give me any notice.
