Everyone on here has given his such amazing reviews. The one time we saw Dr Lavi the office was disgusting - the garbage was overflowing, and there was gum on the wall. He then apparently retired and closed his practice without notifying his patients...leaving my toddler without an allergist in the middle of a pandemic, and no continuity of medical care without access to his files.

Great doctor! I was diagnosed with asthma as an adult after many years of being active. Dr. Lavi explained everything clearly. I followed Dr. Lavi's advice and prescriptions for puffers, lifestyle, etc. and after a relatively short time my asthma was under control. Since then I only have occasional need for them and am doing great - in better shape and health than ever. Very professional and friendly.

The secretary is extremely helpful and always sounds happy on the phone and in person. Dr. Lavi is a great Doctor and never rushes the appointment. He seems to be travelling a lot. Not sure if he is getting close to retirement so you have to wait longer than ever to get an appointment but it's definitely worth the wait.

The nicest & most accommodating secretary!! So nice for a change. I was put on the cancellation list & was actually called to come in sooner ( in my experience - that's unheard of) Dr. Lavi was patient & gave me the answers I needed. My child liked him

Talking to both receptionists at this office is a horrible experience.
One sound like shes a child and has difficulty differentiating between provinces and their billing the other one sounds as thought she has been around too long as a receptionist and no longer has the patience or the interest in accomodating patients and their needs.
We havent even see the Doctor yet and the experience has been horrible.
It's 2016 !!!! what office or company doesn't have wifi/ or email??
WTH???

Dr Lavi was wonderful with my 18 month old and diagnosed his peanut and shellfish allergies. Receptionist was great and they got us a new patient appointment in days not months like the other guys.
