I spoke with him about gallbladder surgery that is scheduled now for March 15. Easy to talk with and very knowledge. Made me feel comfortable about the procedure.

Dr. Tsai is a very conscientious, caring, and knowledgeable doctor. He treats his patients like family members, listens well, explains things comprehensively and doesn't talk down to you; and he is extremely cooperative, and respectful to his patients. He (or his staff) always returns calls, and keeps us informed regarding any procedures he orders, or bloodwork, etc. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Tsai is prompt for appointments and he spends time with me as a patient, asks a lot of questions and investigates to determine what the problem is. I am happy with Dr. Tsai and would recommend him to friends and family members.
