Dr. Combs is an amazing surgeon and artist! He calmed my nerves and took such good care of me. He has an amazing reputation and I know why. He's so gentle and caring. Thank you so very much for your work on me. It's life changing.

I did several months of research before making my appointment to see Dr Combs. I saw literally thousands of pictures of women my size, getting the procedures I wanted done, and looking amazing afterwards. It was a huge step for me to even make this appointment and address issues that I have felt tormented by for 20 years. I worked in hospitals for 16 years and took care of surgical patients, many with complex plastic surgeries.. So I was very well informed prior to going in.
First off.. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen. He walked in the room giving me a funny look the entire time. I went ahead and told him all I wanted done. He just stared at me like I was disgusting. He said I would not be happy with the results of the procedures I wanted because I was still overweight. I felt the life drain out of me.. He had not seen my body.. I was fully clothed sitting in the chair. I felt like pulling my phone out and showing him the thousands of pictures of women MY SIZE looking amazing after their surgeries. He told me to get a second opinion if I didn't like his answer.
I can't put into words how humiliated and devistated I felt after hearing his harsh judgment of me without even seeing me or what I was talking about. He looked at me like I was repulsive. I went to my car and cried my eyes out.. Called my husband, then had to talk him down from going there and punching Dr Combs out for how he treated me.
So needless to say.. Dr Combs is not very skilled if he can't perform some very basic procedures, unless you are a perfect barbie doll size. I would even be very weary of that after now reading reviews of him on other sites, which I encourage you to do.

I had breast lift with augmentation with him and the whole experience was awful for me. I went into my consult asking about the sz implants he had experience with and he lied to me saying he did have experience with placing larger implants when after my surgery I found out I was the largest he had actually worked on. During the surgery he he took to much breast tissue from my breast and couldn't not close my breast after placing my implants. Because of this he had to put in a 100cc less in each implant than planned. Because he took to much breast tissue and made closing almost impossible I had stiches separation that where 2 inches in some places. In turn I got a horrible infection that he refused to treat and I had to see my pcp for meds. Each time I meet with him he refused to see the damage he did and flat out refused to refund any off my money. At the last appt I had with him after I was a my wits end he rudly told me plastic surgery wasnt perfect.
I would recommend him to anyone at all.

Wonderful experience! I chose to have two surgeries with Dr. Combs because I was so happy and pleased with my first. I'm a happy patient!!

He removed excess skin above and below my eyes (forget the technical term). The lower part looks good. The upper part does not. I had to return to him two times and when he still did not get it right, and left a large scar I gave up. I think my eyes look awful in the corners by my nose. They are puffy and drapy looking, but I don't think he knows how to make it right.

I only had a consult with him and his nurse. The consult was awesome. They were very nice, very very professional, I was very impressed with the whole experience.
