I now go to the Medigroup at Sterling Lion. The best place I see Dr. Epp and Dr. Naiyeju. Dr. Jacobs never listened to me. He just told me what he was going to do and expected me not to ask questions. I asked for a referral for an Endo because he was not helping me with my diabetes the fact I had to ask was terrible. He should never be talking to me about that. I transferred my file to Dr Naiyeju and was then told it would be 30.00 to transfer from Medi Group to another Medi Group.....that's a cash grab in my opinion. Anyway glad to not be his patient and am happy.

Dr. Jacobs is the best family doctor. He is always doing what is best for his patient. He will refer you to a specialist if needed.

My father saw Dr. Jacobs for 15 years. Having had a stroke 12 years ago and arteries blocked at that time, no follow up ever done and there was plaque growing on his spine. The doctor referred him to a spine specialist but not to a cardiologist to do an angiogram to see if there was plaque in the arteries. My dad had a heart attack and it was found that a valve was totally closed and there were three main arteries 50 - 90% closed due to plaque. Terrible doctor just going through motions. Same blood work done for 15 years and nothing more. Admitted to my mother after my father's recent death in Dec 22 that had someone checked the arteries that the "outcome might have been different". Shame on him. Do not let this happen to your family.

Dr. Jacobs has an excellent manner and is extremely professional. Easiest pap I ever had in my life, as compared to four female docs prior to him. I don't think he tolerates wasting his time, which is where some of these other reviews clearly come from.

I have been seeing him for over 15 years. I am a type 2 diabetic and I have nothing but praise for his care and compassion for his patients. Answers any questions I have and gives me his full attention during visits.

My son needed disability papers filled out by Dr Jacobs saw him in September. He never filled them in. I called January asking about the forms finally 4 months later they mailed them. To little to late as he has been cut off. This happened 2 years ago as well. He is always late and never takes your concerns serious.
