I have had a lense implant, surgically implanted by Dr. Ralph S. Miller. The problem is that, Dr. Miller never told me, that there was camera technology attached to the lense implanted. Tragic. People see EVERYTHING, my left eye sees. Illegal. 😭

We have Highmark Blue Cross, and Dr. Milner is listed as accepting this insurance. My daughter went for a routine eye exam, and we presented our insurance information to them. Immediately AFTER the eye exam, they informed us they could not accept our insurance. They said nothing before the exam, only AFTER the eye exam. I figured that had to be a mistake - but when the bill came, it was no mistake at all. When I called to ask why, if they do not accept the insurance we presented to them, nothing was said to us before the exam (at that point we would have cancelled), I was told that they could have told us - but that would only be a "courtesy". In other words - they find it completely acceptable to tell you right after you have incurred a charge that, no, they will not accept the card you gave them just moments earlier.
