Dr. Chance was 30 minutes late to work without explanation on the day that I was there. Also the staff is very rude and unhelpful! Plus they have very short hours that they will even anwser the phones.

She wanted to inject me with Botox. Offered NO other testing to formally draw a 'real' conclusion to my neurological problems of loss of; memory, ears ringing, and tremors. Only an ‘educated guess’. She stated testing is “too abrasive”. Apparently, neurologists are making a lot of money selling botox injections now. The office is very dirty, the room counter tops were dusty, the furniture looks like it came from the garbage yard. There was a bio-hazardous material disposal box with empty used syringes sitting (on top the counter top) ‘right next’ and ‘touching ‘the toung suppressors she put on in my mouth, and to be sterile cotton ball dispenser . She’s not a real neurologist for serious problems, just a botox injector. She may seem nice, but I need a true neurologist. Seems she like that big botox injection money more than seriously diagnosing someone.
