I’m a new patient (due to insurance change) as a referral from my “old” doctor. I called to schedule appointment receptionist not empathetic or helpful. I’m told the newly hired doctors are not good but the others are exceptional

Called for new patient appointment and was extremely disappointed with office staff, the receptionist was rude and talked down to me. I am a medical professional and will never find out if the doctors are capable as I will not visit this practice.
