Dr. Robusto himself is a good doctor, I feel he cares and wants to do what's best for his patients. However, his staff with the exception of 1 nurse is the rudest, most unprofessional, unfriendly group of people I've ever spoken to in a Dr.'s office setting. I am looking for a new doctor based on their unprofessional behavior. I am a nurse and would never speak to patients the way they have spoken to me. I have been in tears after fighting with these people to let me speak to the doctor. The secretaries believe they hold a medical license as well and instead of taking my questions and simply passing them along, they continue to speak for Dr. Robusto, without ever bringing my question to him. I have been a patient at this practice my entire life. The new staff and the ones that remained when others left have pushed my business away as well as the rest of my family that also have been patients for years. If your not " buddy buddy'' with them you will receive no respect.

Walking in to Dr. Robusto's office is like walking in to Marcus Welby's office. He is a kind, sensitive small town doctor that takes his time with his patients to explain everything in ways you can understand. Highly recommended
