Dr. McDermott is an excellent physician. She is always professional, takes her time to provide helpful information and to answer all of my questions at every visit. Also, she has a great personality and wonderful bedside manner consistently.

She didn't have enough time to talk with the patient, always felt rushed. No bedside manners

I always feel like Dr. McDermott is rushing the appointment along. She is not very compassionate with gyn problems. Clerical staff seem ok, but her medical staff are not knowledgeable and have given me inaccurate information. The doctor has never personally called me with important test results nor has she called me after I expressed a desire to speak with her about the results. This is particularly frustrating when the staff member who gives you results doesn't really understand the results and cannot answer questions.

Did not call for 3 weeks with test results and recommendation was for further testing; biopsy negative but recommended having the procedure anyway???Always felt talked down to:(
