Dr. Vernon Scott Sr. Is an caring, compassionate, doctor. If you are having symptoms that are hard to pinpoint, you need to make an appointment to see Dr. Scott. He will run test on you until he finds out what you may have. Also I love that he doesn't try to be some super hero, he will refer you to see other physicians. Then working together, he can best come up with an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Scott is thorough and knowledgeable. He also has a super friendly bedside manner. He has a great sense of humor. Patient Confidentiality is #1 with Dr. Scott.

Dr. Scott at one time was a fairly friendly doctor that would visit his patients in the hospital and sought after the best medicine to treat them. He now only seems to care about money. He tries to prescribe the costliest and newest brand name prescriptions before suggesting a generic. I recently lost my insurance coverage and this doctor refuses to see me personally. He will have a nurse practitioner see you instead of seeing you himself unless you specifically ask. I would steer clear of this doctor and find one that is more compassionate about what he or she does.

Adds to medicine but never take you off anything. Often treat the pain and not the problem.
