Dr ok lousy staff southside office don't return calls on medicine refills

Dr lindenbaum is one of these doctors who has students do all of his work and then he sees you for two minutes. He's a nice guy, but if you want personal care, find someone else. Some of his staff are not very nice at all either.

gives sufficient time with a patient and never rushes concerns or questions presented. explains thoroughly the health problem[s] and/or medications he prescribes. smooth running office and student assistants he is teaching are very thorough and informed. returns phone messages in a timely manner and will insert an office visit in his schedule. easy to confide in.

Dr. Lindenbaum is the best! I use his southside office. His staff is so incredibly nice. In the past with other doctors offices, their front desk staff treats you like you're interrupting them. Jodi always welcomes me so warmly. The nurses/assistants are SO sweet, attentive, genuinely concerned, and fun to chat with. Dr. Lindenbaum himself is amazing, he has such a fun personality! He has a great 'bedside manner' and always explains things so I fully understand everything. He makes it clear that your health and satisfaction are his number one concern. I went to him for almost a year with extreme fatigue. Most doctors would look at the bloodwork and send me on my way with a clean bill of health. But he REALLY listened, and worked with me while leading to the eventual diagnosis of chronic fatigue sydnrome. My CF has been in a 'remissive' state for over a year now.

This doctor really knows how to treat patients well, he listens to my issues and provides excellent treatment plan. A+
