Worse doctor in the country. Do not trust her she's crazy and abandons her patients.

I was seeing Ashley Dykes as my NP and was extremely satisfied. But as for Dr Vaughn, she couldn’t have been colder. After being put in a particular medicine that had a serious affect in my mental health( not prescribed from Dr Vaughn though)

When to vineville looking for primary care. I saw one of the NP which i had chosen to see myself. She was very pleasant and caring. I was scheduled a follow up, and the NP was out sick. So i had to see the main doctor. Dr. Vaughn, she was so rude to me and it was the first time i met her. God was with me that day, i just looked at her like she was crazy. If i would have know she was going to treat me that way, i would have canceled the appt until the NP came back. Then i get a notice that Im being terminated as a patient and the unprofessionalism when she was speaking to me. Its okay though. What's meant to happened will happen. She probably did me a favor for the future. I always say treat people the way you want to be treated. Its a shame that you get terminated as a patient when she wasn't the care provider and her NP was. Thank God

I am high risk, which they know. Receptionist had her mask down. Then in the second waiting area a patient had his mask under his nose. I said, “Sir, pull your mask up.” He did but then he sat right next to me. I moved and he started name calling by calling me an extremist. I said, “You are threatening me and everyone here.” Feeling threatened after this boundary violation, I became louder and my tone got agitated. My words remained logical and appropriate. It went back and forth like that. They blamed me for being loud and agitated in response to the threat (and perhaps for embarrassing them by doing what they should have done). They kicked me out and told me to find another doctor. I’ve never been kicked out of anything in 49 years and eleven months and have had good relationships with most of my doctors—have left a few who weren’t good but have had plenty of great ones. I am appalled that I was even the one who had to tell him to pull it up. The car rental place has better Covid protocols than this doctor's office.

Great practice if you don't have complex medical needs. If you do, go elsewhere. Some providers in the practice have great empathy for what may be going on with you, but may not have enough knowledge to order testing or refer to a Specialist if you have multiple medical issues. Sadly, the founder of the practice has the least empathy of all.

Not all staff is "poor", but the ones who are, can really insult your common sense and try to make you feel like you have no control or say in your own medical services. (several long stories) I never saw Dr. Vaughn, only a PA, The visits were cordial, but I never felt like I could trust this office and ended up using it for a prescription I needed only. But now I'm in the process of finding another Dr. with much dread.
