If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Bullard almost killed my mom. The man has a God complex and thinks that if he doesn't know the answer to an issue, then the issue must be made up in your head. He will not refer out to a specialist for diagnosis. My mom was feeling terrible for over a year. Her back was hurting and he prescribed her a massage and PT. When that did nothing to relieve the pain, he told her she must be imagining it!! She then started feeling short of breath and he told her she likely had asthma and to use an inhaler. On a chest x-ray the radiologist noted spots that needed further examination and Bullard ignored the recommendation and told her she was fine and that her lungs were clear. He then made her believe that again, it was in her head.
Fast forward many months and my mom was so short of breath she had to go to the ER one morning. She called his office to let him know she was going. At the ER, they found over A LITER of fluid in her chest cavity, spots in her lungs and suspected lung cancer. She spent the night in the hospital and Bullard never once called her.
Long story short- my mom was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer (a reoccurrence from over 20 years ago). It is in her back, lungs, bones, etc. if Bullard had provided even a basic standard level of care, he could have found the cancer much sooner.
One other story- he once told a friend of mine and her mother that letting her Alzheimer's stricken father die of an infection wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, and that his biggest medical mistake was treating a UTI in a patient with Alzheimer's.
The Ohio State Medical Board says he technically didn't break the law. But if you care about yourself and your loved ones- don't put your life in the hands of this horrible doctor.
