Dr dowling truly cares about his patients. Best doctor I've had

Dr. Dowling is the best dang doctor that I have had in my whole physically handicapped life.A man of moral fortitude with the knowledge to get what you need/want done. Fun, witty,and always a smile.I Trust this man with my life and that says it all doesn't it?Sometime, most of the time, every time I am at his office he spends an hour with me and sometimes more without ever being late for my appointment either.This Doctor believes that the patient needs to have active knowledge of their illness and health. 2 thumbs up Doctor!The Staff is overwhelmed but they are always one step ahead and get you out the door fast.
