This doctor is never punctual. After the hygenist finished with me for a routine check-up on my first visit, I wanted over an hour for the doctor to simply look in my mouth and say, "Ok, you're good to go." This is not so much a dental practice, but it is more of a high pressure dental sales operation. Each visit, the hygenist would hand me a stack of business cards to give to other people. I believe I had a "cavity" treated when there was not one. I highly encourage finding another dentist or atleast getting a second opinion. Also, other services outside of insurance will be done without request. Be assertive and make sure they don't "build the sale" by stacking on other things that you don't need or want.

Dr. Gay will push you to get fillings. GET A SECOND OPINION. I went from no cavities to 7 and after the fact, another Dentist said they didnt need to be filled. The worst part is that I had to have every filling redone. It has only been 1.5 years and the final one she did just cracked and fell out. DONT LET HER GIVE YOU FILLINGS!!!! Very nice person but very bad Dentist
