Dr. Ruelas and his staff are courteous and professional. My teeth were thoroughly cleaned and then checked by Doctor. My husband also goes to this practice and has had more extensive work done. He feels Dr. Ruelas listens to him and works with him to determine his plan of treatment. We would highly recommend him.

He is an amazing dentist. I don't know why the rest of these reviews are not saying the same! Everytime I go to see him, the staff is courteous, attentive, and kind. This includes doctor Ruelas. I will continue to recommend him over and over again to everyone I know.

Dr. Ruelas and his staff have excellent bedside manners. They are very knowledgable and caring. Dr. Ruelas cares about his patients and their concerns. No one likes going to the dentist but this dentist office is my top choice.

I got 4 time clean every year, 2 regular and 2 deep clean. After one deep clean, I felt very pain on one side, so decided to skip next deep clean. When I visited next time, he said I need take X-ray and two more deep clean. Comparing with others, I think I only need two regular clean, don't need other two deep clean. Also the nurses' attitude in front desk are very bad. So after 3 years experience, I decided changed dentist. I am happy with my current dentist. I can not image why I can stay in Martin Ruelas for 3 years!!!

I get cronic migraines caused very serious conditions so i missed 1 or 2 appointments of many attended. First he pulled a tooth that wasnt even in pain that i dont believe needed to be pulled. Later, I had a horrible migraine and thought i couldnt make it for the second time in a couple of years and my mom called in to let them know even though she was just assuming i wouldnt want to go... I decided I was going to go after she told me she phoned them... so i called them back about 2 minutes after she called to cancel. Not only did they tell me that i couldnt have the appointment back, but that i was kicked out of the practice... First of all, im over 18, so my mother doesnt have the right to cancel for me... I let them know this and it only made them more mad. So i showed up for the appointment cause "I" NEVER CANCELLED ... I explained about my age and how they cant listen to what she said...I WOULD NEVER SEE HIM FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER ANYMORE ANYWAY...

I had a horrible experience. Doctor condescending & didn't listen to me. First my temp crown fell off after 1.5 hr. Dental Hygentist put back on, great, like her. Then perm crown; I told him "too tight". He cemented on & left room. Never asked how I felt. Bite off; went back for one adjustment. Dr rolled eyes, adj, then left room. Over the next few days bite got more off; couldn't eat. Now crown loose & very painful; sides of mouth all torn up. Needless to say WILL NOT be returning!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!
