As an office doctor he was ok, as a surgeon he failed! After 4 operations he failed to stop bleeding regarding a prostate and directed me to another doctor who was able to control the problem.

Dr.Bodi called us on a Saturday, no less in the middle of moving his office. I'm in love with this man, on how caring he is. In the middle of moving...thankyou sir . C. Rydberg

he seemed to be knowledgeable, but he gave little time for discussion with this patient. He performed a green light procedure on me successfully, but his discussion with others at the time was vulgar and unbecoming of a professional.

Have been going to Dr.Bodi for several years with generally good experiences. He's a bit rough around the edges but ok. He knew enough to flag a change in my PSA and pursue it with imaging and a biopsy of the prostate. However, he took a 6 core biopsy instead of the standard 12 core which I later found out should have been done. When the pathologist read the slides they saw 2 malignant cores with low risk Gleason scores. Dr. Bodi recommended a radical protectomy.I'm 59 years old. I immediately went to Sloan Kettering for a 2nd opinion. They looked at the tissue slides and determined they were not cancerous. Always get a 2nd opinion!!

Always a wait. No bedside manner whatsoever. Harsh, short and rushed. Same experience, elderly mother given a catheter for first time ever with no explanation and "just deal with it" attitude.

Wonderful, polite, and professional doctor. Great humor, gets things done. I recommend him dearly. There is a reason that he is one of the most acclaimed and popular urologists in Huntington. His staff is also friendly and top-notch. If you come to your appointments on time then you really should have no problem. Understandably you wait a bit when you come a little late.

Unconscionable waits in office for routine care. They make zero attempt to ameliorate the problem of octogenarians, with appointments, waiting for an hour and a half or longer. // Service also rushed. Sent my mother-in-law, 83, out with a Foley catheter for the first time in her life without five minutes of instructions as to how to use it, and without any explanatory literature. They keep you waiting forever to get in, and then rush you out the door. Take your urology problems elsewhere unless.
