I agree with the other patients on Dr.Rim's competancy,and expertise... however I have bad experiences with the staff. Their billing dep.wanted to charge me 3 times for something, what was already covered my insurance!! The nurse is unreliable and forgetful.....

Dr. Rim is not only my family's doctor, he has become our friend. Upon having emergecy surgery, I was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Rim made a special trip into the hospital to deliver the news to me himself so that my husband (and two young teenagagers)didn't have to do it alone and without facts. He is ALWAYS going above and beyond!

He's not part of a huge network so he has the time to talk with you and really offer more advice than the cattle call medical networks allow for their doctors.

Dr. Rim is is an awsome doctor. He takes time to listen to his patients and is truely concerned with their well being. His office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I went to this doctor for a routine physical and tb test for my new job. They made me check in on a small computer system and answer pages of questions. The nurse then asked me the exact same questions, as well as the doctor. Most of these questions did not apply to the reason I was there anyway. The doctor stopped to watch the soccer game that was on the tv for several minutes while I was waiting. The tb test was beyond painful. I was bleeding for the entire day, and had to have it bandaged for an entire week, and my arm was extremely sore for the whole week. They charged me 300 for the physical, 30 for the tb test, and 35 just to give me the tb test.

This office has very friendly, courteous and professional staff. Dr Rim is a friendly Christian Doctor that listens and remembers every conversation you have with him even if your are away for 6 mths. Care and follow up is great. You sense that you are cared for and that they want you well, as opposed to sensing that it is all about money. He is willing to work with you if you dont want just another prescription, giving you a chance to change life habits to see if that helps before using medications. However, if you need medication he will definitely ensure that you get it and take it properly. Dr Rim serves all ages and nationalities, a great family practice. They will work with you on appointments and treat your urgencies with the urgency we often think we should receive. In all a great doctor to my family and friends, who I recommended him to. He loves Reggae music, ethnic foods and does Charity work, taking time each year to volunteer in poor countries.
