We provided a service to her, but she doesn't pay her bills and then completely ignores the phone calls when trying to get a payment.

Dr Jasionowski has always been punctual with my appointments, explaining in detail so I understand my test results and what I must do in order for my lady parts to stay healthy. She is personable while staying professional and I am comfortable while in her examination room. I feel she is very knowledgeable of her field. Her waiting room could benefit with an update in cosmetics but I have no problem with her professionalism as a doctor of OB/GYN practices.

Went to her for many years. Had a hysterectomy in 2002 and had to go back every six months for Pap smear. After going to new Dr found out that you don't necessarily have to have Pap smears EVER again. Wow we're my eyes opened. Last and final visit was the last straw. Office was dirty, trash can in bathroom was overflowing with trash and the step up on the table had some nasty liquid stains on it. Not to say anything about her taking my whole medical history through the reception window while other people besides me were in the waiting area. How embarrassing this was for me. Through the years had a lot of reservations about her. She never called with Pap smear results either but made me come back every six months. Now she is trouble with IRS, is in foreclosure for her house and office and in more trouble with the health department per The Herald Tribune 6/19/14. She also lost my records.

I am shocked with what I have read about Dr.J..I am an RN and knew Patty and her husband when they were ob gyn residents at Robt Wood Johnson University Hospital In NJ..They were both good doctors at that time.Her father was well respected.

First thing I noticed was how filthy the waiting room was, and I thought it was strange I was the ONLY other person there besides her (no staff or other patients). The examining room had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. She couldn't find her tools so she went digging in the other room for them which made me think they must not be clean if she didn't even know where they were. I was so shocked with the whole experience and so upset with myself for not listening to my intuition to WALK OUT.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. I decided to see this doctor when my doctor had relocated. Being a 20 year old college student who is based out of Venice I am not home very often seeing that school is 12 hours away. 1) SHE CARRIES HER COMPUTER IN A BOX and moves it from office to office 2) She has been withholding my records for 6 months. 3) After sending over a dozen medical request forms she still has yet to fax them to the new doctor I am trying to see that I am local with. 4) I even hand delivered a request form. 5) Her staff is constantly rude and has an attitude when speaking to patients as well as their family. Last but not least she decided to just turn off her fax drum? really....Im pretty sure thats not how doctors offices work these days. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I HAVE STILL YET TO RECEIVE MY RECORS.

I have been going to this doctor for 3 years. Today I discovered that my latest pap test, she did not even send in my sample to be tested for cancer. When confronted, she refused to do another pap test, only concerned with my paying off the remaining bill from previous pap test that she never did properly. Not submitting the pap test to the lab could result in my having cancer undetected. I personally called the lab that she sends her samples to, and they did not receive anything in my name from her. Had I not specifically requested the results of my pap test, I would not have known. Always request results in writing, do not go with the old adage, "no news is good news" especially with this doctor. She is NOT to be trusted!!! I will be filing a formal complaint against her. Save yourself, go to another gynecologist. Avoid this one.

DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING! I can not tell you enough how horrible my visit was with her. I needed my annual female exam and since she is close to my house, I tried her out. When I got there, there was this woman eating behind the desk who slobbered soup or something all over herself, I signed the board, she checked me in and handed me a packet of papers to fill out. Then I gave them back and she said the "doctor" will be right with you. Next thing you know, the door opens, and it was HER! She was filthy, the place was filthy, she repeatedly answered the phone while in the middle of my pap! She had no staff as her daughter who usually answered the phone was in school. To top it off, she started talking about a patient of hers when another doctor called for records, I heard the entire convo, and because I work in another doctors office, the one she was talking about is OUR patient! I wanted to DIE! Never ever ever would I reccommend her to anyone!!!! LOUSY! and HIPAA VIOLATOR!
