This is not about Dr. Lindner, it is about his awful staff! No one answers the phone or your on hold an hour. I called because I could not breath and said I had already been to the emergency room, but needed Dr. Lindner to see me. I was told the soonest appointment was a month later. I requested a nurse call me, but that never happened. The receptionist that answered the phone was extremely uncaring, I told her I was really having a difficult time breathing and she said she did not care.

I complained to NCH and a nurse finally called me back. She said she would speak to Dr. Lindner to see what he could do. I waited 3 days, and called the nurse 15 times with no answer. When I complained again, the nurse called me and said go to a walk-in-clinic. As a patient of Dr. Lindner I was stunned by this. Don't waist your time with this Doctor until he gets a new staff. Dr. of the Year? Not according to me.

Dr. David Lindner is perhaps one of the most attentive physicians I have ever seen. Dr. Lindner's attention to his patients needs is the most thorough I have ever experienced. This is a doctor who will spend whatever time necessary to ensure that you are completely informed of your condition, his thoughts on your condition and what his plans are for treating your condition. This is a knowledgeable Pulmonologist. His mien is confident, compassionate and matter of fact. He will take the time to actually draw a picture to explain his ideas on your condition. This is what everyone should get in their physician.
