DrB and her staff are amazing! I have been a patient for just a year now and have always felt like they care deeply about me!! I have only been seen as an Internal Medicine patient, but I'm looking forward to when I am old enough to require her other services, I will definitely do!

This is the most uncaring and unprofessional practice that I have ever experienced.
I have been a patient for a few years and was receiveing Pellet Hormone Therapy, when I first started here, which are not covered by insurance. As soon as I stopped this therapy and was only in need ofregular health check-ups, I was cancelled, ignored and not seen.
This practice only cares about the money making extras and NOT the patient. I had scheduled a physical for February. In addition, I needed perscription refills. They called the day before my appointment to tell me that the Dr. had a family issue.
I rescheduled, however, they didnt even try to get me an appointment in close proximity, The first appointment they could offer was mid-April. I asked to get my perscriptions refilled, as I need Thyroid meds, and the rude uncaring receptionist kept dumping me into a voice mail. When I would try to call back, she would not answer. You will only get a live person to talk to if you want to schedule an appointment. She says she is putting you through to the Nurse, but you never get one - you just get a voice mail, every time.
Finally, the time for for my rescheduled April appointment, and the nurse just called to say that the schedular made a mistake and they were double booked, so they needed to cancel my appointment....AGAIN!
This practice is about money, not caring for people. They sell sell sell. Hormone Therapy, Peptide Therapy, O Shots....all not covered. If you are not purchasing these extras from them, they dont want you as a patient. The website states "A Doctor for Your Whole Body Health Care. This is a lie...they just don't care.
It's unfortunate, as I think that Kelly Fennemore is a thorough and caring medical professional; however, the practice itself, is run as a sales office and not a caring Dr.'s office. DO NOT GO!!!

At this office they make you jump through hoops just to get an appointment and when you finally do it is just with her assistant. Dr Brzezinski requires that you do a blood work up, meet with her assistant, have a heart ultrasound on two different dates. (The second appointment was about 10 minutes,) there is no reason that I had to go two times. We all know now she can charge our insurance company for two visits. So now I have been to her office 3 times and I have not even meet her (How sad, she will not even take the time to meet you until you have jumped through all the hoops. She is so busy I have to wait 2 months just to meet her, I show up for my appointment which was at 3:40 at about 3:33 and I am told I am not early enough and my appointment is canceled, I have to come back another day. Ridiculous! Why would anyone in their right mind go back to this office. And just in case you wanted to know I have spent more than 10 minutes waiting in her waiting room, she did not give me any compensation. So her office can make you wait, but if you are not early enough, you get cancelled. When I got there the receptionist would not even let me sign in. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. My time in important too.

Staff tends to be rude. Dr. Brzezinski is awesome so I try to see past the staff.

Dr.B is by far the most caring and compassionate doctor I've ever met!!
She is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas of health and wellbeing
Her staff is super friendly and professional
The office is super clean and state of the art
I couldn't recommend a better doctor!!!!!

I had to wait three months for an appointment with Dr. Brzezinksi after a full inquisition by her associate, Debbie three months ago. My appointment today was for a physical and review of my lab results (three months ago). I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment, as requested, and was seen after a half hour by a nurse who asked me more questions and then proceeded to tell me this was merely a follow-up appointment (not for a physical) to discuss my blood test results which had already been given to me over the phone AND was supposed to be found on a registered web portal. I was left to wait an hour beyond my original appointment time. I left the examination room and walked out.....NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN......such disrespect of my time!!!

Dr Brzenski focuses on initial interview to schedule the maximum number of tests to charge to Medicare. When the time comes for physical examination (initial!) you are shunted off to the nurse which is contrary to other physicians I have seen over the years. You cannot contact the Dr. or the Nurse by phone, you must make an appointment Another billable opportunity for the Doctor.
