Dr. Willoughby is caring and informed. She will take the time to listen to you and help you to the best of her abilities. The office is usually really busy - so sometimes you have to wait, but she's worth it.

Dr. Willoughby truly cares for each of her patients. The punctuality low rating results from her spending the time with each patient as needed. You may have to wait a while for your turn, but when she gets to you she will give you all of her attention and time as well.

Have seen Dr. Willoughby for 8 years. Was pleased her availabitility. Usually just a week wait at most. Was willing to stay for an extra appt in the case of an emergency! She is empathetic and willing to send you to a specialist when needed. Our family has been referred to several specialist all of which proved worth our time and necessary. She truly cares and is able to address our health concerns and with compassion within our appointment time. So grateful for her help and skills as our family Doctor. Many thanks to you Siri.

Dr Siri is a nice person but is hardly ever available to see patients.
