Worst experience in a doctors office I’ve ever had.

Absolutely terrific !!!
I recently had a swollen gland on my deck.
My GP sent me to have it scanned. If it gets worse, she tells me, go to the emergency room, immediately. You don’t want it to swell, cut off breathing and swallowing and have potentially critical problems.
Thursday at 2am it hurt more than it had. By 5am the pain had grown. I went to the emergency room. Two ER doctors reviewed my blood work up and scans, gave me pain killing pills and sent me home.
I had seen THREE doctors and the problem persisted.
I called Dr. Morrow’s office. I was not a patient of his but explained I needed to see a doctor.
The office staff fit me into the schedule, were incredibly pleasant and helped in every way they could.
Dr. Morrow identified the problem in less than 3 minutes. And he did it without scans and blood workup. A stone that had started in the gland, moved down the saliva tube and logged under my tongue.
He removed it. After a month of pain, I felt better.
In about 5 minutes, he had diagnosed and fixed a problem that three doctors, two scans and blood work up had missed. And more important, I felt better and missed what was growing into a critical situation.
And he did all this for a non-regular patient on the same day I called.
So once again, I say absolutely terrific.
He and his staff get my 100% endorsement.
And I wish to finish by saying, “Thank you Dr. Morrow and staff for saving me from a critical situation, not to mention how pleasant you were and how immediately you took care of me. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!
